We have reimagined how a recruitment firm needs to interact with its candidates and developed a new way of bringing career opportunities to market that suits the digital economy.

After a year of planning, brainstorming, market testing and client consultation we are delighted to be launching SRound™ – a secure web-based platform that helps match careers with candidates in a transparent, efficient and innovative way.

We have long recognised that being a recruitment consulting business is more than just placing jobs, therefore SRound™ will also be a valuable source of information for our clients as we collect valuable data and insights from this very targeted talent pool.

 

How does SRound™ work?

All of our existing 1800+ candidates have been given a SRound™ profile that they can access and update 24/7.   New candidates will be required to create a profile to access curated content and salary benchmarking tools.

Why have we created SRound™?

We believe that the old recruitment model is broken because today’s job market is not as predictable.  New types of roles are created by our clients organically to respond to changing market forces and the talent pool shifts regularly from local to national to international depending on the client recruiting. For candidates keeping up with this market is now a full time job!

In addition, candidates are becoming more passive.  They rarely have the time to engage properly in a job search campaign even though a high % of them are “open to opportunities”. In the digital and social age people are used to having instantaneous information at their fingers tips for every element of their life.  Information they can access, tailor and control whenever and wherever they are.

SRound™ provides this in relation to career development.  Candidates can now SRound™ themselves with the knowledge that they know what is happening in the job market and when they should act. Regularly published curated content, will keep them engaged and ensure they are aware of career opportunities relevant to them

A broader reach:  Whilst we know that exclusive search is the best way for firms to get a broad market reach, position their brand and get a focused Shortlist; we also recognise that this isn’t the appropriate model for every role and that not every client wants or is able to engage in this way.  SRound™ allows us to provide a broader reach and market mapping, more quickly – offering a reach much closer to a search campaign.

Our future focused business model reflects the direction that some professional services practice groups / service lines are going. No longer the typical pyramid with senior at the top and a vast array of juniors below. Instead, we are two Directors, actively consulting and advising, supported by innovative technology at the bottom and a lean, experienced team in between focused on Candidate Engagement.
